This week we are focusing on our relationships.
Relationships are an incredibly important part of our lives.
Healthy relationships have a lot of benefits, such as making us feel secure and supported, but unhealthy relationships can have a long-term negative impact.
As a result, it is vital that we are aware of what an unhealthy – or even abusive – relationship might look like, the early warning signs, and how to maintain healthy boundaries.
In this e-tutorial, we will outline the characteristics of both healthy and unhealthy relationships, and how to seek support or help when we need it.
This week you will:
- Differentiate the difference between a health and unhealthy relationship
- Understand Consent and Sexual Harrassment
- Outline things you would like to learn more about in this subject area
Do not forget, that if you ever need support you can visit one of the Wellbeing Hubs at Bridgend and Pencoed to attend Drop In between 12pm and 2pm.
