Healthy relationships have a lot of benefits, such as making us feel secure and supported, but unhealthy relationships can have a long-term negative impact.
As a result, it is vital that we are aware of what an unhealthy – or even abusive – relationship might look like, the early warning signs, and how to maintain healthy boundaries.
In this e-tutorial, we will outline the characteristics of both healthy and unhealthy relationships, and how to seek support or help when we need it.
